 On behalf of the 25th EAIC organizing committee, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your participation in making the 24th East Asia Insurance Conference in Hong Kong a successful one. It is my privilege and honor to invite you to join us for the 25th East Asian Insurance Congress (EAIC) held in Bali, Indonesia on 18 -22 October 2010.
The Federation of Indonesian Insurance Associations (FAPI) and the General Insurance Association of Indonesia (AAUI) together with the Indonesian insurance industry is honored to host this important and meaningful biennial congress and look forward to welcoming you all in Bali!
This is the 3rd time “Jakarta” is hosting the EAIC. We have deliberately chosen Nusa Dua Bali as the venue, to blend the serious nature of insurance congress with the relaxing environment of ‘Last Paradise on Earth’. Many previous summits in Bali have resulted in various positive impacts to the world, and hopefully on this 25th EAIC we will continue to achieve excellent decisions and action plans for long term positive effect to our insurance industry.
The theme for the conference, “Going Back to Basics with a Dynamic New Mindset in Insurance”, presents us with the current situation, where we are facing new challenges, and at the same time new opportunities that will enable us to grow into a more mature industry.
In this congress we will have the opportunity to learn from one another and the experts on the current issues we are facing as an industry. We hope that through presentations, networking, and discussions on various concerns most of us will be able to accomplish different solutions for our individual organization.
In addition, the conference creates a platform for us to meet old friends and at the same time gives the opportunity to get acquainted with new friends. This conference will continue its tradition to strengthen bonds among business partners.
Bali is known for its sophisticated art forms, culture and way of life. We have organized many events during the congress for you, your spouse and your family to experience the rich nature, diversity of culture, and the hospitability of the Balinese. I sincerely hope you will leave Bali with unforgettable memories.
