Delegate, Accompanying Person, Accommodation, Optional Tours and Golf each have their respective registration form to facilitate registering either at the same time or at a later time. |

Delegates are urged to register for the conference as early as possible to enjoy Early Bird registration fee and to secure their seat in the conference whilst having the opportunity to decide and register later for their Accommodation, Accompanying Person, Optional Tours and Golf. |

Upon receiving registration form for Conference, Accompanying Person, Optional Tours or Golf, the committee will process your registration application within 24 hours during working days. |

To enjoy the best rate in one of the official hotels, please make your reservation through the committee by filling in the accommodation registration form. Upon receiving our accommodation registration form the hotel will send confirmation letter and billing statement directly to the delegate. After completion of payment process the committee will send you a confirmation letter securing your corresponding registration. |

Payment for Delegate, Accompanying Person, Optional Tours and Golf are paid to the committee’s account. Payment for accommodation will be made directly to each hotel’s account. |
