Participants may choose to arrange their own accomodation however we encourage participants to arrange their accomodation in one of our official hotels through the committee.  The benefits participants can enjoy when arranging their accomodation in one of our official hotels through the committee are:

Information :
A.
A number of hotels in Bali have been selected as Official Hotels for the 25th EAIC, to accommodate the delegates. These hotels vary from 5-star to 3-star categories, located in Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa and Jimbaran area.
B.
Organizing Committee will provide shuttle bus between the official hotels and the conference venue (6 days, 17 – 22 October 2010) and is free for delegates to the conference (including registered Accompanying Persons)
C.
Airport transfer between official hotels and Ngurah Rai International Airport will be provided for delegates and registered Accompanying Persons (6 days, 17-19 October 2010 for arrival and 21-23 October 2010 for departure).
D.
Accommodation registration is valid only for Registered Conference Delegate.

Other Information :

To guarantee the special discount rate and other benefit, reservation must be made through the EAIC 2010 Conference Secretariat.
2.
All the room rates apply to single or double occupancy, unless otherwise specified.
3.
Service charge is included in the room rates and government tax is not required.
4.
One breakfast for single occupancy and two breakfasts for double occupancy are included in the room rates.
5.
Hotel reservation will be taken on “first-come, first-served” basis. Credit card details are required by hotel to secure your booking.
6.
The special room rates quoted are only valid for reservations made through Conference Secretariat before June 2010. The Conference Secretariat has an obligation to return all unsold rooms to the hotels after August 2010. Therefore, room availability and special rates for reservation made after that date cannot be guaranteed.
7.
The above hotel rates are only valid during the Conference period for delegates attending EAIC 2010. All bookings for days outside the Conference period will be subject to availability.
8.
Any cancellation of room reservation will apply a cancellation fee according to each hotel's cancellation policy. All terms and conditions are provided by each hotel and they are their responsibility to disclose them to you.
9.
All enquiries, changes or cancellation of room reservation should be addressed to the Conference Secretariat and NOT directly to the hotel.
